Scale
Build the website experience your business cannot fit into a standard package.
Complex website and customer-facing platform
Scale is a discovery-led product for publishing content, presenting services, selling, managing memberships, or supporting a complex website experience. It can include commerce-related accounts, member access, multi-location content, integrations, migration, and governance where they serve that purpose.
The goal is not to add complexity. It is to define the smallest website experience capable of supporting the requirement responsibly. A customer login alone does not make a project Scale.
Implementation: Starting at $20,000
Paid discovery when required: $2,500–$5,000
Typical duration: 6–16+ weeks
Capabilities that can support a Scale website
These capabilities support the website’s purpose; none alone determines the product:
- E-commerce, payments, or a substantial product/service catalog.
- Customer accounts or authentication for commerce or website access.
- Membership or subscription status.
- Multi-location or multi-brand content.
- Role-based access to content or membership features.
- Search and filtering across structured information.
- CRM, ERP, booking, or other defined integrations.
- Data migration.
- Advanced analytics and event architecture.
- Content governance across several teams.
- Accessibility, performance, security, or acceptance testing beyond a standard package.
Discovery before commitment
When requirements are complex, Stathra begins with paid discovery to determine:
- Users, journeys, and business rules.
- Content and information architecture.
- Systems of record and integration feasibility.
- Data quality and migration requirements.
- Roles, access, and account structure.
- Technical architecture and environments.
- Project phases, dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria.
- Implementation investment and timeline.
The result is a defined decision and scope—not an open-ended promise made before the system is understood.
What implementation may include

Scale or Connected Workspace?
Choose Scale when the primary purpose is publishing content, presenting services, selling, managing memberships, or supporting a complex website experience.
Choose Connected Workspace when the primary purpose is coordinating ongoing work through records, tasks, statuses, approvals, files, messages, and system handoffs—whether users are internal or external. A customer portal for approving work and exchanging project documents belongs here.
A login, customer account, membership record, or integration is not sufficient to classify the project.
Some initiatives use both. Discovery determines whether one product is sufficient.
What happens after launch
Complex systems require ownership. The proposal should define the correction period, hosting responsibilities, ongoing maintenance, release process, documentation, and whether Website Care or Operations Care applies.
