Find Your Next Step

Tell us what should work better.

You do not need to know which Stathra product you need.

Explain the business goal, what is happening today, who is affected, and what technology is already in place. The guided review will recommend the smallest practical next step and explain why it fits.

Step 1 of 4

  1. 1. Goal and people
  2. 2. Current systems
  3. 3. Friction and breadth
  4. 4. Your plans

What are you trying to accomplish, and who is affected?

Your principal goal
Who is affected?

What the guided review asks

1. What are you trying to accomplish?

Examples:

  • Launch or improve a website.
  • Generate or route better inquiries.
  • Reduce manual work.
  • Stop entering the same information more than once.
  • Connect systems that do not communicate.
  • Give customers, partners, employees, or members one place to complete work.
  • Improve visibility across locations.
  • Support an existing website or application.
  • Decide where AI may or may not be useful.

2. What do you use today?

List the relevant website, CRM, accounting, scheduling, field-service, storage, payment, identity, project-management, or other systems.

Do not enter passwords, credentials, confidential records, regulated data, or sensitive customer information.

3. Who is affected?

Identify customers, employees, partners, vendors, members, locations, or leadership teams involved.

4. What is the main source of friction?

Examples include delays, missing documents, repeated follow-up, unclear responsibility, duplicate entry, limited reporting, broken lead routing, or an inadequate customer experience.

5. How broad is the change?

Is the need limited to one page or workflow, or does it span several systems, teams, brands, locations, or organizations?

6. How soon is progress needed?

Timing helps determine whether a fixed product, phased plan, or paid Blueprint is realistic.

7. What level of investment is being considered?

Use ranges that align with Stathra’s published products. This prevents a recommendation that does not match the available investment.

8. Who will own the decision internally?

Every successful engagement needs a person responsible for access, decisions, approvals, and adoption.

What you receive

The result should show:

  • Recommended starting product.
  • Why it fits the stated goal.
  • What can probably remain in place.
  • Important assumptions or dependencies.
  • Published investment and timing range.
  • The next action.
  • One alternative path when appropriate.

A recommendation is directional until Stathra reviews the information. It is not a final scope, quote, architecture, security assessment, or contractual commitment.

Possible recommendations

  • Launch, Growth, Scale, or Website Care.
  • Operations Blueprint.
  • Connected Workspace.
  • Workspace Rollout.
  • Operations Care.
  • A simpler configuration, integration, or process change.
  • No project yet because another dependency should be resolved first.
