Website Care
Keep your website monitored, maintained, and ready to convert.
Website monitoring, maintenance, and improvement
A website can appear online while forms fail, analytics stop recording, dependencies become outdated, links break, or backups go unverified.
Website Care provides defined monitoring, maintenance, support, and improvement for eligible websites so ownership does not disappear after launch.

Premium — $750/month

Enterprise — $1,500+/month
For complex, multi-site, commerce, or integration-dependent environments.
Everything in Premium, plus:
- Complex or multi-site support.
- Release planning.
- Advanced integration monitoring.
- Executive reporting.
- Vendor coordination.
- Ongoing improvement planning.
Protect the lead path
Website Care can detect issues that otherwise remain unnoticed, including:
- A form that no longer submits correctly.
- Email routing that stops reaching the intended recipient.
- Analytics or conversion events that fail.
- Broken links or expired configuration.
- Dependency and update problems.
- Performance decline after changes.
Monitoring reduces the time an issue can remain hidden; it does not guarantee that every failure will be prevented.
Eligibility review
Before coverage begins, Stathra reviews the website’s platform, ownership, access, documentation, dependencies, hosting, current condition, and requested service level.
A remediation project may be required before an unsupported or unstable website can enter a Care plan.
Clear monthly boundaries
Each plan should state:
- Included websites and environments.
- Support channel and operating hours.
- Response targets.
- Included change capacity.
- Backup and recovery responsibilities.
- Integration and vendor dependencies.
- Approval and release process.
- Excluded work and project-rate changes.
