Operations Care
Keep critical applications, integrations, and workflows dependable.
Managed application and integration support
Launching a working system is only the beginning. Dependencies change, integrations fail, users need support, documentation becomes outdated, and small issues can grow when ownership is unclear.
Operations Care provides ongoing operation, monitoring, maintenance, coordination, and improvement for a Connected Workspace, integration environment, or other system Stathra supports.
Care can begin after the initial workspace launches, subject to approved eligibility and coverage. A multi-location rollout is not a prerequisite. Whether Care is optional, bundled, or required is established in the deployment’s commercial terms.

What Operations Care is not
Operations Care is not a general employee IT help desk, device-support plan, printer service, or unrestricted cybersecurity retainer. It covers the defined applications, integrations, workflows, vendors, and responsibilities in the service agreement.
Clear ownership after launch
Each agreement should define:
- Supported systems and environments.
- Support channels and operating hours.
- Incident priorities and response targets.
- Included change capacity.
- Client and vendor responsibilities.
- Backup and recovery responsibilities.
- Release and approval process.
- Reporting cadence.
Improve based on actual use
Where included, Stathra reviews usage, task completion, support patterns, errors, workflow timing, and integration performance to prioritize measured improvements instead of accumulating unstructured requests.
