Process
A clear path from business problem to working system.
Stathra uses one company-wide process across websites, operational software, integrations, rollouts, and ongoing care.
The depth changes with the engagement. The principles do not: understand the goal, define responsibility, build only what is justified, verify the result, and preserve ownership after launch.
1. Align
Identify the business goal
Define what should change, who is affected, what already exists, and how success will be evaluated.
Scope the useful solution
Clarify users, workflows, content, systems, integrations, constraints, risks, ownership, exclusions, and required client inputs.
Plan the work
Set milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, environments, decision owners, review points, and the commercial structure.
Typical outputs may include:
- Recommended product path.
- Requirements and exclusions.
- Workflow or content structure.
- System and integration decisions.
- Responsibilities and dependencies.
- Timeline and investment.
- Acceptance criteria.
2. Make
Design and build
Create the agreed interface, workflow, content structure, application, integration, or operating configuration.
Verify
Review functionality, content, permissions, responsiveness, integrations, analytics, performance, and agreed acceptance criteria.
Launch
Prepare production, complete required training and documentation, confirm ownership, and release through the agreed launch plan.
3. Improve
Stabilize
Correct defects during the defined post-launch period and confirm that users, forms, integrations, monitoring, and support paths operate as agreed.
Maintain
Apply relevant updates, verify backups, monitor availability and integrations, maintain documentation, and coordinate responsibilities.
Learn and improve
Use analytics, support patterns, workflow timing, task completion, errors, and user feedback to prioritize measured changes.
Shared responsibilities
Stathra is responsible for the work defined in the agreement. The client is responsible for providing an internal owner, accurate information, required platform access, content or data inputs, and timely decisions.
Timelines begin after stated prerequisites are available. Missing access, content, approvals, vendor responses, or required decisions may pause the schedule. Scope changes are documented and approved before additional work begins.
The process line
Align the goal. Make the right solution. Improve it over time.
