Introduction

Stathra ("we", "us", or "our") is the public brand of De La O Group LLC. We design, build, and support websites and related digital experiences for clients.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you:

  • Visit our website at stathra.com or any other site that links to this Privacy Policy
  • Contact us about working together
  • Become a client and use our services or support channels

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use our website or services. If you have questions, contact us using the details in the Contact and complaints section.

Who we are

  • Public brand: Stathra
  • Legal entity: De La O Group LLC
  • Registered country: United States
  • Privacy email: privacy@stathra.com
  • General contact email: hello@stathra.com

If we appoint a Data Protection Officer (or equivalent role), we will add their contact details here.

Our role with client projects

When you are a visitor to our website, we decide how and why information is processed for our own purposes.

When we provide services to a client, we may process information on their behalf (for example, content you send us, support tickets, or access needed to work on a site). In those cases:

  • The client may be the "controller" (they decide how and why data is processed for their site)
  • Stathra acts as a "service provider" or "processor" for that work

If you are an end user of a website we built for a client, that client's privacy policy governs how your information is handled on that client's website.

Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways:

  1. You provide it directly
  2. It is collected automatically as you use our website or services
  3. It comes from third party services we use to run our business

  • Billing contact details
  • Invoices and payment status
  • Limited payment-related information from our payment provider (for example: last 4 digits, payment method type, transaction result). We do not store full card numbers.

You may choose not to provide certain information, but it may limit our ability to respond or deliver services.

These cookies help the site remember choices you make (for example, language, region, or other preferences) and provide enhanced functionality. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services are used on our pages.

Marketing cookies (optional)

These cookies may be used to measure marketing performance and, in some cases, help deliver more relevant content or ads on other sites. If you disable marketing cookies, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant.

How to manage or disable cookies

  1. Cookie banner or preference tool (when available): When you visit our site, you may see a banner or preference tool that allows you to accept, reject, or customize optional cookie categories.
  2. Browser settings: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through settings. If you block cookies, some site features may not work properly.
  3. Device and advertising controls: Depending on your device and browser, you may be able to limit interest-based advertising through platform settings.

Some pages may include third-party services (for example, analytics tools, video embeds, maps, or other integrations). These third parties may set their own cookies or similar technologies and may process data under their own privacy policies.

If you have questions about our use of cookies or similar technologies, contact us at privacy@stathra.com.
